Welcome! Annie Braudy, here
Do you want to reconnect with your dreams and desires, with your heart and soul?
Might this be how you feel these days?
You are in this time of the interim
Where everything seems withheld.
The path you took to get here has washed out;
The way forward is still concealed from you.*
Typically people work with me because they find themself in this in-between liminal time in life. Living through these moments can be agonizing. I know that well. Yet, such goodness and joy can arise from these times. For as Leonard Bernstein wrote: there’s a place somewhere, peace and quiet and open air, wait for us somewhere.
When we learn to navigate through the insatiable hunger of darkness and hear the call of lightness*, there is magic and transformation waiting, in that ‘somewhere’ place. Do you want this for yourself? Do you yearn for change and good company in this quest?
If so, maybe you’d like to work with me. Were we to work together, you’ll retell the stories of your life – to heal and grow and find renewed connections within and without. Our mode will be both words - and music. Why music in addition to talk? Because music is a powerful alternative mode of access to feelings; and creates shifts that reconnect you with old yet new ways of being and acting. (As a musician, I know that intimately.)
Through our work, you’ll develop a deeper relationship to your heart and soul. New opportunities and joys will arise for you.
