Typically people work with me because they find themself in an in-between liminal time in life.  Living through these moments can be agonizing.  I know that well.  Yet, such goodness and joy can arise from these times.  For as Leonard Bernstein wrote: there’s a place somewhere, peace and quiet and open air, wait for us somewhere.

When we learn to navigate through the dark and light of life in a new way, there is magic and transformation waiting.  Do you want this for yourself?    Do you yearn for change and good company in this quest?   

If so, consider working with me. Our mode will be both talk and music. Why music in addition to talk?  Because music is a powerful alternative mode of access to feelings - and creates shifts that reconnect you with old yet new ways of being and acting.  (As a musician, I know that intimately.)
